How to join – Become a Nipper
Registration
All Terrigal nippers must also have a parent/guardian as a member of the club. Please view http://terrigalsurfclub.com.au/site/membership/how-to-join/ for registration information.
Age of Children– Children are registered in the age group according to the age of the child on the 1st October i.e. if your child is 10 on or after the 1st October the child is in the Under 10’s. If your child is 10 before the 1st October the child is in the Under 11’s.
Proficiency Requirements– Parents should note that Nippers does not teach swimming. To participate at Terrigal in the water events and at any recognised carnival, all Nippers must complete the Surf Education program, the preliminary skills evaluation and the competition skills evaluation, as set out below.
